Identifying obstacles to making a complaint in the NHS for people with a learning disability
People with a learning disability have poorer health and poorer health care than most people. This is a major inequality in health. However, the number of complaints received by Clwyd Community Health Council from people with a learning disability, concerning their health care, is very low. In order to find out why this is the case, a research project. was set up. This report shows the results.
