Fraser Henderson

  

Fraser is an expert in the evaluation and use of participatory technologies gained from six years’ experience at various European consumer electronic laboratories.  He also holds a degree in Acoustics and is familiar with all aspects of this discipline.
 
A qualified project manager, Fraser led the UK Local eDemocracy National Project trials from 2003 and was appointed as manager of the International Centre of Excellence for Local eDemocracy in 2006. 
 
Fraser is involved in a number of European IT projects - a partner in the EC eParticipation support action MOMENTUM, founding member of Pan-European eParticipation network and UK cluster manager for the EuroPetition project.
