Lynne Eland

    

Lynne is a Chartered Banker having spent 40 years in the industry.

She was Head of Collaboration Services in HBOS, providing in house business consultancy and facilitation services primarily in the corporate sector.   Prior to this Lynne led disparate teams across the UK and in 2002/3 successfully lead 4 major projects simultaneously.

In addition to facilitation, Lynne’s expertise lies in building high performing teams, coaching, change management and stakeholder engagement.  She has also developed and implemented people development programmes which significantly enhanced both personal and team capability.
