Nicholas Duffin
Nicholas has eight years experience of facilitating and promoting engagement, participation and consultation with ethnic minorities and cultural and religious communities.
Formerly a commercial strategist in the print, publishing and collectibles industries developing new markets and business mediums, Nicholas now specializes in providing training, support and consultancy needed to tackle migratory and severe social problems in minorities, including violent extremism.
A new addition to his spectrum has been to develop and analyze social enterprise capacity building – primarily adapting funding reliant minority charities to effective social enterprise for sustainability.
Recent clients include Avon & Somerset Constabulary, Council of Ethnic Minority Voluntary Sector Organisations (CEMVO) and Berlin Brandenburg Ausland Gesellschafte E V.
