Consulation Before and After

   

Designed for those who are already experienced at the practical tasks of organising consultation dialogues, but who recognise that the most difficult challenges are before and after these tasks. The morning looks at pre-consultation processes, scoping issues, budgeting and co-ordination. The afternoon’s focus is on analysis, feedback, and the presentation of findings to decision makers. The Freedom of Information Act means that all these processes now have to be fully transparent with many implications for consultors and consultees.

As a special team-building facility, organisations can attend as a Table of Four and undertake the exercises whilst learning together and save £80 at the same time. If you wish to book a table please email martin@consultationinstitute.org
