This fills an important gap – and ideal for those who have attended Effective Focus Groups (EFG), Effective Surveys and Questionnaires (ESQ) and other techniques. The course aims to offer participants an insight into the issues and challenges inherent in the use of data collected in public engagement and consultation engagement exercises and their presentation for decision-makers

The course attracts 20 credits towards the Certificate of Professional Development.
