Listening to your Staff

 

Listening to your Staff is one of the Consultation Institute’s newest courses.

    

Led by Ian Ashcroft and Tamsyn Bradley, this day-long look at the value of doing professional engagement with staff, will be of considerable value to all those working in this area.  Using a wide variety of examples to illustrate best practice; this course also enables participants to reinforce and/or acquire the knowledge to provide effective consultation within their own organisations. A lively and challenging day with great opportunities to network.  Suitable for managers and staff at all levels – and in the public, private, or third sectors.
