Managing Public Engagement

    

Over 500 people have attended the Institute's Masterclass - Consultation: Before & After, featuring the all-day Worked Example based upon the mythical town of Bloombridge.

   

This follow-up event enables Certificate of Professional Development (CPD) holders and others to think through the challenges of public engagement in a less benign economic climate. For continuity, the new masterclass follows the same Worked Example by bringing the Bloombridge story up-to-date and tackles key issues such as the such as the changing role of elected members, petitions and the eParticipation culture.
