Most public bodies have experience of preparing an EIA, but the advent of the 2010 Equalities Act makes slightly different demands on organisations. tCI’s specialists have gathered and analysed a large number of Equalities Impact Assessments, to identify best practice elements that can be incorporated into a recommended model.
This Workshop is designed to help prospective authors or users of Equalities Analyses to explore the issues involved, to examine interesting precedents and to discuss how best to prepare such documents. It will be suitable for Equalities specialists, but also for service providers who need a better grasp of the impact that change might have on ‘protected category’ groups and others.
The Workshop can also be delivered in-house
