This Course focuses upon the up-front planning that is required to get the best results …and the post-consultation activities that ensure that stakeholders feel properly engaged, and decision-makers well-served and well-advised.
The vehicle for this is a day-long, realistic, end-to-end worked example. During the day participants work in teams of three or four to pool their knowledge and expertise to consider how best practice should be applied in eight separate exercises. Time spent on such issues will help participants avoid common pitfalls and organise more successful consultation projects.
