The Institute's KnowledgeBase is an important and essential part of our services and resources. Here you can find (or find links to) papers and source documents on all aspects of consultation and engagement.

To the left you will see some of the main categories but, if you wish to search all the KnowledgeBase, enter keyword/s or a phrase into the search box on the right. Please note that this will restrict the search to the KnowledgeBase - if you wish to search the whole site, use the search box on the banner heading at the top of each page.

We are continually building up our KnowledgeBase on consultation matters. Click on the Resources link above to see our New to the KnowledgeBase for some of the latest additions. 

Please note that members have access to some data not available to non-members.

We welcome suggestions for KnowledgeBase items - particularly case studies and reports relating to consultation and engagment. Please contact martin@consultationinstitute.org

We have noticed that there are sometimes incompatabilities with downloading some pdf files depending on versions. We have found that clicking Save (and then opening the file) rather than Open will often work. Alternatively please contact Martin who will email you a copy of the file.
