Edward is a Senior Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the public and private sectors, including Local and Central Government and the Water industry.  Proven expertise of stakeholder, community and customer engagement, public consultation, co-design and project management. A strong communicator, with a public relations background, who has led significant transformation and business change programmes. Passionate about ensuring the voice of the seldom heard is represented, working with them to identify and meet their needs and transform services to achieve this change. Specialist public consultation and engagement areas are children and young people, Local Authorities and the Water sector.
