Institute Associate Profile

Victoria is an established passionate, creative and effective stakeholder engagement practitioner with over 10 years local and international experience within the infrastructure, planning, environmental and education sectors. She has worked in both private and public sector organisations within the UK, Ireland and Australia and is currently Co-Founder of TCI Engagement – a local consultancy, specialising in Stakeholder Engagement, based in Northern Ireland.

Her international academic background consists of over six years of university study, completing a Joint BA Degree in Geography and Social Anthropology, followed by a Diploma in Business obtained from Columbia College, Chicago. She recently completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), with Distinction at the University of Ulster. As part of her MBA dissertation, she developed a best practice consultation framework for Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects, obtaining the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) award for the top performing management project.

Being a certified Consultation Institute practitioner and Associate, she has developed and implemented numerous community consultation plans to international best practice standards for a range of clients including NSW Department of Education, Sydney Water and Rio Tinto and EirGrid.

Having worked in the consultancy sector for a number of years, she has a track record of working in a complex, fast-paced project environment. Being a certified PRINCE2 Project Manager, she possesses a good understanding of project management processes including budgeting and financial management and control of projects
