Certificate of
Professional Development (CPD)

The Institute’s Certificate of Professional Development recognises an individual’s commitment to enhancing his/her skills and knowledge in consultation services and techniques. Since the scheme began, we've awarded over 1,600 certificates.

To qualify for the certificate, delegates must accumulate 100 credits.

The 100 credits must be earned by:
• Attending public and in-house training courses
• Completing Institute e-learning (up to 40 credits can apply to CPD qualification)
• Attending Formal Workshops or an Executive Briefing
• They can also be earned by attended Institute Events, which award 10 credits

CPD status expires three years after the last credits have been awarded. This is re-set every time new points are awarded.

CPD qualification requires an active membership but credits are accumulated regardless and can be counted if joining at a later date.
