Yes. Members can simply log in to their existing accounts to access courses. Non-members will need to register a free account before they can enrol on a course.
The Consultation Charter course is free of charge to all members of the Institute.
From 2021, Corporate members will be given 10 free e-Learning units per year to use on any course. Enhanced members are given 50 units per year.
If you're unable to pay by card, please contact our e-Learning department who can arrange alternative payment methods.
Whether you require several courses for your own development or multiple registrations for your team or organisation, we can offer you a significant discount.

Yes, courses are discounted for all levels of membership.
All of our e-learning courses reward credits towards tCI's Certificate of Professional Development scheme.
The CPD is only eligible to members of the Institute. However, all credits are recorded for non-members should they wish to join.
We recommend using Google Chrome , Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer. Ensure you have the most up to date browser, operating system and a stable internet connection.

Our e-Learning courses are designed with desktop computers in mind. However, courses will run on other devices if you use an appropriate browser.
On the introduction page to each course, an approximate duration will be outlined. Each chapter gives an accurate run-time on the play-bar.
As long as you need. Your progress will never be lost or expire.
You will receive an e-certificate shortly after completion of the course. You can save certificates as a PDF or print them. All of your certificates are available to view/download on your e-Learning dashboard.
tCI Courses are split in to modules. These modules are made up of a number of chapters.
The chapters have been purposely designed to be taken in chronological order. You won’t be able to skip to a module or chapter without completing any that precede it.
Once the voice-over or video content has finished, click the next button on the video play-bar.
Should you wish to step back, you can use the play bar buttons or select the desired slide from the table of contents panel.
At the end of a chapter, you will see a button labelled ‘mark chapter as complete’. By clicking here, your progress will be saved, and you’ll be safe to exit the course.
Yes, you can do this at any point.
Each course is made up of several short assessments to test your understanding. Typically, an assessment follows each module.
If you don’t achieve the required pass mark, you will be given the opportunity to re-take the test. You will need to pass before you can proceed.
Each user has a record of their e-learning history available here. This dashboard allows you to view all the courses you have enrolled on, and the certificates/points you've earned.
Your feedback would be most welcome and is very important to the continual development of our online training programme. After completion of each course, you will receive an email with a link to our feedback form.
All Institute e-Learning courses are subtitled, allowing those with hearing impairments to access our training.
