Effective Focus Groups and Facilitation Skills (in-house)
This course considers the specific issues relating to when to use focus groups, the organisational and planning issues, question construction, recording and data analysis. The session also provides an introduction to facilitation including the role of the facilitator, managing the process, managing behaviours and managing the discussion.
