The Institute’s Certificate of Professional Development (CPD) recognises an individual’s commitment to enhancing skills and knowledge in engagement consultation services and techniques. Since the scheme began, we’ve awarded over 1,800 certificates.

Traditionally, the 100 credits were earned by attending public and in-house training courses. Due to the pandemic, the emphasis has switched to online delivery.

Our courses have been updated in light of the pandemic and we’re now able to offer them publicly and in-house, delivered via Zoom. You can also earn CPD credits by undertaking courses from our growing e-learning portfolio.
