Congratulations, Martin Roach!

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Martin Roach to Head of Training.

“Training has been at the core of the Institute’s mission to promote best practice standards for 20 years, and having seen thousands of individuals access tCI’s renowned training programme, it is a real pleasure to now oversee it”, Martin said.

 “I look forward to taking the programme from strength to strength and continuing to support tCI clients and members with CPD accredited training and certification.”

“Developing a comprehensive pathway of training products and accredited education programmes is central to our diversification strategy for 2024/25, so I am delighted that Martin has accepted this challenge, that comes with his promotion to Head of Training,” said Corey Smalley, CEO of tCI. “Since rejoining tCI some 12 months ago, Martin has demonstrated an outstanding work-ethic and commitment to professional development, which has marked him out as a ripe for promotion.”
