An advanced course for practitioners, managers and leaders ready to move beyond theory and develop the practical skills to design, deliver and evaluate real life co-production.

Working through the full project lifecycle, participants explore the strategic, operational, and relational challenges of embedding meaningful co-production within organisations, partnerships, and communities. This Advanced Co-production course covers:

Advanced co-production models, governance, and shared decision making
Scoping projects, defining influence, and managing stakeholder expectations
Building trust, psychological safety, and inclusive environments
Facilitating co-productive meetings, workshops and decision making processes
Supporting lived experience participation ethically and effectively
Managing power dynamics, conflict, and organisational resistance
Embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout
Measuring impact and sustaining relationships beyond the project
Knowing when co-production is (and isn’t) appropriate.

Throughout, participants work on a detailed scenario, applying practical templates, facilitation models, and evaluation frameworks they can take directly back to their own practice.
