Co-production for Consultation and Engagement introduces co-production, co-design, and asset-based approaches, helping organisations move from “doing to” communities to “doing with” them.
Through practical examples and exercises, participants will explore principles such as shared power, participation and recognising community assets, while developing skills in:
- Managing power dynamics
- Designing inclusive, safe engagement activities
- Facilitating co-productive discussions
- Overcoming participation barriers
- Using participatory methods
- Measuring impact and building long-term relationships
