This one is going to be our latest course and is dedicated to Stakeholder Mapping. Any competent engagement and consultation programme starts with having a good understanding of your stakeholders, and anticipating both how they will react and how they need to be involved.
The training course looks at developing your knowledge and understanding of stakeholder identification and profiling, the techniques used for mapping specific stakeholders, and uses a variety of examples from different sectors to explain stakeholder mapping in a practice.
