Good option appraisal processes are an essential when you have multiple options to consider for consulting upon.
The Courts are happy to examine the integrity of your approach and public expectations are for involvement. So, learning good practice approaches are important.
This Options Appraisal course explores the different ways in which long, medium and short lists of options can be appraised, discussing what might be used in different scenarios. Participants then participate in an exercise in deciding an approach to a real life scenario, designing a process and simulating it.
