Outputs and Feedback for Conscientious Consideration Half-day
How decisions are made is really important. There are risks that include potential legal challenges.
So, those with responsibility for providing decision makers with enabling information and advice need to observe a thorough process.
Outputs and Feedback for Conscientious Consideration starts by explaining the risks and how to manage them. It then takes participants through the journey of how:
- to plan to ensure ‘conscientious consideration (Gunning IV) and ‘due regard’ (Public Sector Equality Duty),
- to engage/consult to produce the right information,
- to produce suitable outputs and feedback,
- to present the information for reading and in presentations, and
- to plan and deliver deliberative sessions
The phases can be applied proportionally to any scenario where change is required, whether to policy or service change
