Designed for consultation and engagement professionals, this Introduction to Digital Engagement builds practical knowledge and confidence across the full range of digital engagement – from understanding who is online and where conversations are already happening, to choosing the right channels, developing content that invites genuine participation, and building an evidence trail that stands up to scrutiny.

The day is grounded in consultation principles throughout, including the Gunning principles, so participants understand not just what to do digitally but how to do it in a way that is legally sound and inclusive. Working through a scenario-based exercise, delegates leave with a practical digital engagement plan they can adapt and apply immediately.
