Advanced Law of Consultation
This course is for any person looking to achieve an advanced practitioner level.
The practitioner who has a more thorough knowledge of how the law works in relation to consultation, engagement, the PSED and decision making is an important asset when it comes to advising on and designing process.
This Advanced Law of Consultation course follows on from Applying Law of Consultation, which we advise undertaking first. It analyses the legal process around judicial reviews in greater depth, studies a broader range of case law and reflects on what judges have stated. Participants will deliberate over cases in exercises, explore real scenarios and role play to decide whether to fight a case or not.
