The negligent way is to wait until your service, facilities or offer becomes so poor that a significant or major reconfiguration is required. The alternative is regular updates and remodelling to meet changing demand, possible because of listen and testing.
This Continuous Engagement course is about how we do that by employing continuous methods to learn from internal and external stakeholders, involving them in a solutions-based discussion when they identify inefficiencies and ineffectiveness.
