The ability to analyse data and write reports competently is critical to the interests of both your organisation and stakeholders and determines the legitimacy of your processes.
This Data Analysis and Report Writing course covers the principles of analysing different types of data, and includes the following areas of discussion and learning:
- How people look at data
- Data types (quantitative/qualitative)
- Basic statistical techniques for use in the analysis of quantitative data (including weighting, and measurement of error)
- Techniques for analysing qualitative data
- How to consider, contextualise and combine quantitative and qualitative data
- Synthesis and reporting of data (including models of best-practice reporting)
