AI for Consultation and Engagement is a one-day foundation course gives practitioners a clear, honest and easy-to-digest introduction to AI and what it means for their work.
Participants will learn what AI is how it behaves, where it carries risk and how to use it responsibly within the governance frameworks they will already work within. Through guided discussion, practical exercises and examples the course builds genuine confidence.
