Focus Groups
Taken from our public training course; Better Focus Groups, Barry Creasy has created this e-learning course on the subject.
The first module covers everything you need in preparation of running a Focus Group. From working out who to invite and the different combinations of participants you might need, through to the development and arrangement of questions, and the language you should use. What should the schedule look like? Should you record it?
The second module focuses on moderation, in particular; the journey of the moderator. Should you use an internal or external moderator? What preparation is needed? What should the ground rules be and how is the discussion managed? How do you deal with aggressive individuals?
This course will set you on the right path to a well run focus group.
This is one course in a series of four, written and voiced by Institute Associate, Barry Creasy.
