The Institute has been growing as a not-for-profit body specialising in ‘best practice’ since 2003 and we have recently expanded our team!

Last month we welcomed Martyn Beeby to the office as our Video Content Producer, with a focus on implementing an online training program for several of the Institute’s courses.

He has already worked closely on the revised ‘Preparing for a Public Consultation’ course; producing a 4 ½ minute video that focuses on one of the key training exercises.

About Me:

Martyn studied Video Production at the University of Derby before moving to London in 2006, where he spent 11 years working in the Post-Production sector. The majority of those years were spent working with TV commercials and Movie Trailers before joining the Institute in August.

On joining the Institute, Martyn said:

“I’m absolutely delighted to have come on board. It’s such a unique opportunity for me to be able to bring my skills and experience and implement them in to a completely different industry. It’s an exciting challenge to help develop the Institute’s online content; and introduce a higher standard of video production. As well as adding new dimensions to the training courses; both through their existing format and the development of our online training program.”

The Institute has made a significant investment in equipment and software ensuring Martyn has all the tools he required to start developing our online and training content to the highest standard.

His video content input will also provide a new dimension to the services the Institute currently offers, for the benefit of our members.
