What are the entry level requirements?
Our certification programmes are open to all learners and professionals in various industries and sectors, and across all levels of experience.
Entry to our Advanced Certificate programme will require successful completion of the Introductory Certificate.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase all courses through our website where you’ll have the option to make payment by card or purchase order.

I've already completed some parts of the programme independently, do I need to re-take these if I enrol to a certification programme?
Training modules that have been completed within two years of enrolling will be acknowledged. Other courses or bespoke solutions will not recognised for the Professional Certificate programme. Please get in touch with the team to discuss how your training history will be recognised.

Is support offered between phases?
There are regular touchpoints throughout all certification programmes. These sessions will give you the opportunity to communicate and network with your fellow peers, and seek support from our Head of Training.Â
Will there be an exam?
On the Advanced programme, Learners are required to complete an online assessment once all learning has concluded. You will be given ample time to complete the assessment. A pass will be required in order to complete the course and earn your certificate.Â
In addition, all e-Learning courses include short assessments to test comprehension.Â
How do I earn my certificate?
Will I have access to content beyond the end of the programme?
Recordings of the Virtual Instructor-led training are not provided but you will receive a copy of the presentation and further reading materials. Access to your e-Learning courses will remain open and you can re-visit these at any time.
